T3 Large Styling Comb

The comb pictured is not the comb that was sent to me. I have thick hair and I will not be able to use the comb that was shipped to me, the comb teeth are too close together. The comb pictured has 17 teeth on the detangling side, the comb actually has 32. To make matters worse, the comb is not smooth, it is stiff and has a rough finish, so it gets stuck when combing my hair dry. I will be dontating it to Goodwill.

Barbar Italy 4800 Ionic Blow Dryer

I purchased this item to use it on my daughter. African American hair can take hours to dry. I don't like washing her hair because it takes so long to dry. I used this dryer, her hair was dry in 20 mins. Usually, it takes 60 mins to dry it. I was a little less frizzy. I was impress with the drying time. It's small but heavy. I'm not sure if a dryer is worth $75 or not. However, It had save me time. The controls are on the side. I'm use to them being in front

I used my friend's Barbar Italy to see what was so special about it. The answer is nothing. A $20 dryer at Target or wherever is just as good, on some even better. It dries hair and that's it. I even asked my stylist about it and she literally laughed out loud. P.T. Barnum's famous saying must have been written just for this product (if he had been around). I am literally stunned that someone would take use any hard-earned or even inherited money on this the only people who would buy this is definitely in the 1%. It's embarrassing to be an American and have the world see how thoughtfully we spend our money. The 80s must be coming back where the saying was "greed is good." Shameful.

SHANY Cosmetics Utopia 24 Colors Double Sided Nail Art Pen Set, Nail Marker Bundle, 24 Count

I had been wanting these for a while I opened the package and could smell nail polish I opened the box and the red and purple had leaked. The Red was all over most of the pens. I wiped off the outside of the pens and then opened the red the pen part was a mess. I am disappointed I hope the seller makes it right. I am thinking about returning them. I would rather they just send me a new red pen and purple pen. The colors are nice and they look like a lot of fun.

i ordered these for my daughter and she really likes them. i thought they had a regular brush as well as a stripping brush, but it's a stripping pen and a stripping brush. the colors are brite and a good selection. the bottles are a soft plastic so they can be squeezed so you can control the flow. she was very happy with them.

Metropolis T-Ion Chopstick Styler Iron, 1/2"

This flat iron is great. It heats up really quickly, runs smooth thru the hair without pulling and gives you a nice finish. It just takes too long to do my hair b/c it's so narrow, so I had to return it. I would recommend this product to people with really short or fine/thin hair.

I've only had this flat iron for a little over a week, so I'll be sure to update this review after I've used it a bit more. For now, I just want to say that this is a great little flat iron for shorter hair! The small half-inch plates on this are so different and the way that the tongs fit together really do make them seem like a pair of chopsticks.

I actually bought this after seeing a video on the primary internet video website of someone who used this to curl her short bob into cute spirals. (I'd post the link here, but Amazon usually doesn't allow the posting of internet links; if you check the video site, search for "Chopsticks" and "Pursebuzz.") I bought a 1-inch curling iron last month, but my hair is so short (just about four inches below my ears in the back and only two inches in the front) that that curling iron was too long. The Chopstick iron works perfectly to make cute little waves. The rounded edge creates the curls, and it's been fun to experiment with it to get different shapes and sizes.

Since it is so small, I'd suggest buying a one-inch flat iron if you want to actually straighten your hair, unless you have really short hair, in which case this would be great. I have pretty thick hair, and it would take me forever to use this to straighten my hair, even though my hair is short.

This iron also has a digital temperature gauge, and it heats up to a max of 400, which has been fine for my thick, coarse hair. There is also no "off" switch (or at least no way to turn it off that I can find); once you're done using it, you just unplug it.

The only real negative is that this doesn't come with a pouch or mat to keep it in, so I had to purchase one separately at my local beauty supply store. I had also read reviews of other Metropolis flat irons that said that they come with a sample of their flat iron spray, but this one doesn't come with that either. (I usually use CHI Silk Infusion before blowdrying and then Osis Flat Iron Spray right before using a flat iron.)

Amazon also had the lowest price by far that I'd seen for this iron. I was really nervous about purchasing it since I couldn't find very many on-line reviews of it, but I'm really glad I did. If you have shorter hair, you'll hopefully really like this iron!

I had the exact same iron, but "wore it out" and thought they were not making it any longer.

Don't Buy Any Metropolis product, Although it's a great product at first when it starts breaking which it does (I've had it happen a lot with this brand) they have you return defective items at your own expense, no tracking number or papers and when you call on the status they play dumb. Oh we didn't get it, where is your tracker number??? REALLY!! After 2 calls they screen your phone number and wont answer any calls. $150 for a straightener that has broken twice on me is not worth it .... there are other products with better customer service out there, these guys simply dog you till you give up. I don't like to label people but THIEVES comes to mind when I think of their product and service. Don't waste your time and money!

HSI PROFESSIONAL ARGAN OIL LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER

I got a sample of this MIRACLE with my HSI Flat Iron.... I'll start off by saying I've spent YEARS spending lots of money on trying to find products to smooth my hair and give the illusion of sealing the cuticle but the truth is almost all products OTC and Profession are silicone based.. they work in the temporary but actually leave my hair dry and unrully in not but a few hours after Styling my hair... I started with matrix smoothing system.. the ENTIRE line... it was much better than store brands but then I switched over to Paul Mitchel system and began using the super skinny serum and got onto the serum band wagon... again immediate result but silicone based and despite claims do NOT survive humidity or moisture.. AND you have to coat your hair in something to hold it in place.... there was no such thing as having one product to be my savior.... instead i ended up buying WHOLE lines.. And then more recently I went to ALL CHI products and was relatively satisfied. big fan of the Silk infusion serum.. the flat irons and their RX therapy moisture lock Hairspray *Note, the serum is also Silicone though albeit better than the matrix or paul mitchell ... I had to "seal" it in with the hair spray.. and it claims to allow movement and soft to the touch... It DOES at shine and "look" soft but i hate to say it still felt like Aquanet if you touched it....

I had developed a very involved weekly intensive hair ritual.... Once a week I used a 20-30 min session with hot coconut oil... then id wash it with keratin shampoo and condition... then wash it.. DRY it... then Apply a Prof Clear glazing system and do another 20 min session... then wash it with brunette shine shampooo and conditioners... and THEN use another Glaze to intensify my brunette dye.... and THEN use color l color and humidity lock conditioner. leave in.. and then rinse.. and THEN add the CHI serum.. THEN blow dry my hair and it turned into a dry coarse bush of a tumble weed... then I'd use more serum... comb it in with a fine toothed comb... and a 3 day straight semi permanent straightener... blow it out til hair is almost dry and somewhat straight and THEN use my chi flat iron... would look nice and THEN use the RX hairspray... it gave the illusion of silky texture and shiny and straight ... but it WASNT.. i still had wave and as they day went on it returned to its original state .. it seemed the serum actually was drying my hair... and the constant ritual of hair care was exhaustive..

But when i got my HSI flat iron.. it was the best choice in the lifetime of my hair!!!! I wont go into the iron.. other than that it is my fave iron i ever had and works very quickly and does the job... but this little bottle of argan oil that curiously came with it turned out to be the ultimate catalyst and a real life magical potion.. I made sure NOT to do my intensive ritual to test the quality of my product... I put the oil in.. my hair absorbed it and immediately shined and began to straighten already.. beautiful sheen. lovely smell.. hair was supple... and a mirror sheen. and THEN i used the flat iron .. I noticed steam coming off my hair .. but it was not at ALL damaging... i was AMAZED at how with a single run through each section would come out flat and DEFINE. i never had definition before in my hair... and the MIRROR sheen... I have never seen such beautiful results in anyone outside the orient or middle east... ive always envied naturally straight and mirror sheen straight hair... its so elegant and refined and It MOVES.. naturally... I ONLY used this oil and i got ALL the definition.. shine.. CONTROL.... and my hair MOVED and i could toss it and it would go back in place... i only used a SMALL amount of an ultra sheer hairspray to set my hair and it was ALL i needed... I couldnt believe it.. this little oil... how many 100's of dollars have i wasted over the year desperate for straight silky hair and then all of a sudden i have it.... the best part of the oil too is it protects from heat. it also SEALS the cuticle.. silicons DO NOT.. they just weigh the hair down and build up... the Oil is so light.. it SEEMS expensive for the amount you get.. but remember its totally natural and pure... and iVE never come across anything like it.. also each time you use it the texture and condition of your hair gets BETTER. I have much more FREEDOM now and no more helmet head or a battle... i have battle my curls and waves my whole life desperately wanting straight shiny hair.... I FINALLY have it ... in a way im totally satisfied with....

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont waste your money on serums and straightening lines of products.. get the Oil and the iron and get the natural look and enjoy the breeze flowing through and the natural movement.... who would have thought science has not been able to replicate or come close to this AGE OLD secret of the mid east and orient... its a NO BRAINER folks... dont put a toxic dump on your hair... use this natural and far superior alternative.. I implore you!! Lol Im pushing this product and the iron on my female friends like im selling cars... I cant help im so excited about HSI products.

This product is amazing. I have thick coarse hair with lots of body that usually needs lots of product, work, and time to get it smooth & straight. I received a sample of HSI argan oil with the HSI flat iron. I work about 4-5 drops in my wet hair. The first thing I noticed is how soft my dry hair was, even before using the flat iron. After straightening my hair with the HSI flat iron, the results are even more amazing. I have recreated the salon look at home! My hair is smooth, straight, and silky. Plus, the look lasts all day even in the summer humidity. I love this product!

My wife wanted a ceramic flat iron for her hair about a year ago and we purchased the HSI version. She was happy with it but she wanted a conditioner to keep her hair soft and silky. We purchased a couple of other brands of thermal protection sprays from other manufacturers and we were sadly very disappointed.

This HSI Professional Argan oil is the best we have tried. Her hair is soft and silky and the frizziness is just gone. Her hair is normally naturally oily and with this product we cannot even see a hint of oiliness. Her hair has a nice shine and the oil leaves a very, very light fragrance in her hair that I can barely notice. It only takes a few drops of the oil to work and it helps a lot.

She likes that it only takes a little to work and it is ultra-light. Some of the other products we had tried just made your hair feel stiff and like you had used hair spray.
