Iso Beauty Ultra Ceramic Hair Straightener Flat Iron

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this straightener. I have always just purchased the mid-priced straighteners from Target and finally decided to go with a better brand. I am so mad I didn't purchase this sooner. It heats up instantly and goes up to 410 degrees. I've only had it for a couple months so the jury is still out on it's long term use, but for the price on amazon, you can't go wrong.

For all of you considering the ISO straightener, let me first say "just get it, you won't be disappointed." Here's why.

I have thick, bushy, wavy hair. I've found that the ISO straightener not only leaves my hair straight, but also soft and shiny. In addition to this, I've been using the same ISO straightener for 5 YEARS. Yes, 5 years. I believe these have a 3 year warranty? I should also mention that I've dropped my straightener a couple times, and even with the slightly broken plates, it still works. Clearly, the ISO straightener is superior when it comes to results, durability, and life expectancy.

I'm now purchasing ANOTHER ISO straightener as 5 years really is too long and my straightener needs a good break.

This is the 3rd flat iron that I have owned. I bought it because of good reviews and the price. I am very pleased with this purchase. I have owned this flat iron for about 6 months or more and it gets very hot very fast. The plates also seem sturdy and my hair does not get caught on any part of this flat iron. It glides smoothly down my hair leaving it straight. Although it gets hot, it does not reach the "too hot" point where smoke comes off my hair (thank goodness). On occasion, I do accidentally turn it off in the middle of straightening my hair because of where the switch is positioned but that's only on occasion. I also like the really long cord so if the vanity only has one plug, it should reach across your space just fine.

I've always had problems with every straightener that I've tried because my hair is so fine. This one is amazing! The floating plates work so well with my fine that I was stunned at the results and it only cost just over 30 dollars! I couldn't be more happier.

Hot & Silky Mini Root Straightening Comb

My stylist used a different brand on my hair and it worked great! I figured I wouldn't use it too often so I didn't want to make a big investment. My roots curled up within minutes of using this! I'm so not impressed! It also pulled on my hair. Spend a little more for a higher quality product!

Compact design but the product does not reach satisfactory temperatures to straighten hair. Would be a better product if it featured adjustable heat settings.

I just read that a lady wasn't satisfy with their new Teflon Curling Iron, it didnt work as wall as the one she have previously. Well the one I have is the same and I purchased about 5 or 6 years ago, excellent, nothing beats this product. And believe me I buy everything I see in the market, just trying to replaced this one with another one before it breaks. So yes I hope you are wrong, cause I will need to replaced mine soon, the Teflon start to get black spot in some areas because the use.

It didnt work as good as the teflon curling iron i had a couple years ago, it works just as good as a regular non-teflon curling iron.

I have really thick, wavy hair and a lot of it. Usually curling irons don't work, but this one was amazing. The curls lasted and the maximum heat setting was perfect for getting my course hair to stay very curly, and not wavy like it usually is. Highly recommended.

Ok, first, this is an awesome flat iron! its reasonably priced and is well worth it. Even tho my hair is thin, I have a ton of it, plus its super hard to flat iron. I put it on the highest heat setting, one quick swipe is all it takes i bet i could turn it down, but i only use it once a week( im in school, so no time. I get so many complements on my hair, lik Ur hair looks perfect and omg i just love ur hair. i even hav told them wat kind.wat i do is i turn it on, spray my hair with redken 07, section it off, and brush thru. then my flat iron is all heat up alll the way and stays that way. ull miss out on this flat iron if u dnt get it!!!

Sultra 50000 The Seductress Curl Wave and Straight Ceramic Iron, 1 Inch

This is the best hair product I have laid my hands on! I have straight, thick, hip length Asian hair. It could never hold a curl for more than 30 minutes without additional help from hairspray... But who wants stone hard hair anyway? The curls I create with this tool would last at least 2 days (I wash my hair every other day). The technique use to curl hair is simple once you get the hang of it. I actually learned from YouTube.com.

As far as straighten, it also does the job. Although my hair is straight, it does get a little poofy at towards the bottom. The seductress totally tames every strand and makes my hair have a wonderful shine.

I have not tried to use this product to wave my whole head, so I can't say much about that. I did, however, tried it on a few sections of my hair and it looked good. I just got lazy with it.

So overall, the Sultra Seductress deliver what I had hoped for, and it is worth the money (I've spent hundreds of dollars on below par but cheaper products that when added up equals to more than the amount of this multi-use product). I do always recommend using a heat protectant when using any kind of heating tool.

I love this hair straightener. I have thick, wavy hair that used to frizz after it was straightened halfway through the day. With the seductress, I don't have to worry about that and my hair stays straight the whole day. I recommend this and it's definitely worth the money.

I have alot of really thick, long wavy/frizzy/curly-ish hair that has been a real pain to straighten. Before I had a cheaper hair straightener which worked, but took almost an hour to straighten and even then, would be wavy by the end of the day. I'd usually end up just not doing my hair entirely and it would just go into a pony tail. The first time I used this straightener, it took me under 10 minutes to do my hair. Needless to say, I straighten my hair a LOT more these days because it's so easy and leaves my hair the way I want it all day long! It's well worth the money!

I previously had a Chi that worked just "ok". I'm always a stickler for price, and knew that the next iron I owned needed to be a good one, and good ones can be pricey. I have this crazy cow lick that my old iron just wouldn't flatten. The Sultra DOES flatten it! This iron gets so much hotter than my other one ever did. Love this iron!

I HIGHLY recommend buying this straightener if you are looking for a long-lasting, high quality, hair preserving straightener.

I bought this straightener 3 years ago at Sephora and although it was more expensive than I was wanting to spend, it has been worth it. It heats up very fast and beeps to let you know it is hot. It straightens my hair quickly and evenly. I usually only spend 3-5 minutes straitening in the morning with it. It leaves your hair looking professionally straightened (And I am REALLY bad at using straighteners) and lasts until you wash your hair again.

The best part about the Sultra straightener is that it doesn't leave your hair looking fried or damaged. Over the past 3 years that I've used it, my hair has become much more healthy and vibrant looking compared to how it used to look after using lesser quality straighteners.

The Sultra is also really easily to maneuver as it is light-weight, slick, and the cord easily twists around as you go through different sides of your head.

Overall, I was VERY pleased with this product. It lasted much longer than any other straightener I've ever had (most have only lasted a year or so), and it was producing high quality results the whole time I had it. After three years of use, mine is finally broken (it just stopped heating up a week ago), and I have already ordered a new one on Amazon.

I bought this flat iron after reading that it was supposed to be superior to many others on the market. It was offered to me in an e-mail ad for a very reasonable price and it seemed too good be true...and so it was! I was used to using a Chi flat iron and had been satisfied with it but the one I had was old and needed to be replaced so I decided to try something new. Well, I ended up sending this one back. First of all, the thermostat dial and on/of switch are on the inside of the iron, a couple inches from the very hot plates, and very difficult to see. I figured out how to turn it on and off and I could see the dial which regulated the temperature, but I never did figure out how I was supposed to regulate it. The inside of the iron is black and any writing would be extremely hard to see. I ended up just turning it to the middle of its capacity and hoped that it was hot enough to do the job but not so hot it would scorch my hair off! It took longer to heat up than the Chi and then my hair never did slide smoothly through it. Every time I used it, I had static electricity that I had to get rid of before I could continue styling my hair. I gave this iron a week so I could figure out exactly how to use it and to see if maybe I could regulate the settings to make it work better but I never succeeded. I went out and bought another Chi and will just stick with that. I don't recommend this flat iron...even at the reasonable price I got it for, I just couldn't justify keeping it.
