I first saw this product in the middle of the mall @ a stand during the holidays, the guy did a demo on my hair, product was good but price was high, when I was walking away, the price went down... I came to Amazon and looked up the product, got the best price, (with free shipping to boot). I'm very happy with the product, it cuts the time to do my hair by 10 15 min. to complete, (and time is very precious to me). Love this product, and I'm saving the box, and the warranty, I will purchase another one. A life time warranty is included, it will save you about $30 on next purchase, and that's gas money for me...
