I bought this from Target a few months ago because my old straightener stopped working and I needed one quick. I wish I would have spent the extra money to get a better one because everytime I use this one my hair gets stuck in the plates and it yanks it out. The heating plates move down when you squeeze the straightener together to straighten your hair and your hair gets stuck underneath it resulting in pulling out a lot of hair each and every time you do it. I wish I would have kept the reciept so I could return it. I absolutely hate it, and I am going to burn it in my fire pit as soon as I get paid and can buy a new one. This was a total waste of my money.
