I bought this for my daughter and she loves all of them. They work excellent and I did not have to pay a couple of hundred dollars for them. They came on time and plastic sealed wrapped. Will look more often on Amazon for things.

I have never owned a flat before and my Husband got this for me (he was hinting) He bought this from the mall kiosk for $250 (it also came with the hair serum, shampoo, conditioner and hair mask which I could've lived without)Ive had it for 7 months now and I only use the flat iron but I absolutely love it. It takes me about 5 minutes to completely straighten my hair which is a big deal for me because I am a busy busy Mom. I love that it doesn't burn my hair and leaves it shiny and healthy looking. I started getting compliments on my hair after I started using it. I took it with me when I went to visit family and my sister, who has been using a flat iron since she was 12, used it and she loved it too, she even tried to hide it from me so I could forget to pack it and she keep it. Gave this as a Christmas gift. After first use 1/1/2012 it stopped heating. The LED light flickered and that was it. Unfortunately discarded box it came in because of the size of it and cannot return it without it. The product is not made well and for half the price should have gone to "Sally Beauty Supply". Waste of money.
