I was recommended this iron from my hair stylist. Overall, it is a good flat iron; easy to use, lightweight, nice plates. However I have a lot of hair, and I felt that it is too "wimpy" to tackle it my thick, coarse head of hair. I think I should have ordered one with wider plates to be able to iron bigger pieces of hair. If you have lightmedium thickness hair and not super long, this iron would work great for you!

Love this straigtening iron! Gets crazy hot within seconds and leaves my hair pin straight with little effort! Its also very light and easily glides over my hair unlike others which can snag hair after time. Have owned this for about 3-4 months, use it every day and have had no problems! Great deal!

I loved this flat iron for the first 3 months, then it suddenly stopped working! It is my fault that I didn't send in the warranty card, but I just assumed that it would work for a decent amount of time. I recommend another brand.

I ordered this as rewards item in my thank you network. Thought it was time to replace my FHI iron ( 3 years now). I was not sure what to think about the croc designer when I ordered it since I didn't see many reviews out there but so happy I did. It has many more features than my FHI iron. It's digital and can go up to 450 degrees. I never seen my hair so straight and smooth. It heats up very fast and it's easy to use. So far no complaints except it feels extremely light and as sturdy as my FHI so I guess it will takes some getting use to. Would recommended to anyone. It's not as pricey as other Hair irons but it definitely does the job.
