Best Flat Iron I've ever used. I have natural hair and this has been the most effective flat iron I have come across in a long time. Have used InStyler and FHI and they CANNOT compare. Highly recommend!
For a while now, I have been wearing my hair naturally, so I had not been putting the flat iron to use. Today, I go to use it and noticed that there was a crack at the bottom of the handle. After unwrapping the cord, the handle had broken off completely where the crack was. I have had this iron less than a year. To say the least, this is very disappointing. I think whats worse is the fact that to repair it, your spending even more money to send and have it shipped back. I purchased this because I thought it might be durable. Now I have to consider another brand.

Coming from a gold n hot, that iron doesn't even compare. Sometimes it really does pay to spend a little $ for better irons. I used to have to go over the same strand of hair several times and after a while the thing would loose its heat level. I have to agree with the video review I saw, the buttons can become cumbersome as you do your hair because sometimes you will end up pressing them accidentally increasing the heat. After a while you will get used to holding it so that pressing them will become less and less. Honestly though this thing works wonders, I would highly recommend! You will definitely get the salon look with this flat iron.
