I just got this flat iron and it is amazing! My hair looks like I got a keratin treatment. I almost bought it at the mall kiosk for $130. When I saw it here less than half the price I jumped on it. Don't hesitate, it is the identical iron that they sell at the mall. Sturdy, very good quality and it has an extra long cord. I have natural botticelli curls that go down to the middle of my back, normal thickness and after air drying my hair, I was able to straighten my hair in 20 minutes. Just needed one swipe for each 1 inch section. I slept on it overnight and it is stick straight in the morning. I didn't even brush it out. I love it!

I saw these demonstrated at a mall kiosk. The price was exorbitant, so I hunted around and found this one. I have very unruly, wiry hair with natural waves, so I need a straightener that can handle that and give me good results. I have tried many other straighteners and this is one of the best for the price. My daughter has a CHI and I think this one is as good as hers. I am pleased with the product and would buy it again.

I am of caribbean decent (not that pretty carribbean, that nap of all naps no flat iron or relaxer can tame carribean)yes, my hair is NAAAAAPPY! Some of us do have wonderful hair but the other half I like to call, the is Serious nap. This is the best flat iron I have ever had. The last one I purchased was the chi 2 yrs ago and i barely used it because I hated how I had to scorch my hair to get it straight as with many other straighting products. My hair is natural and I only had to pass over my hair once and it was completely straight. All the way to the root and i have uneven hair. Usually with uneven hair the roots dont get straigten to easy you have to pass and pass over it. I also think the floating plates played a part in gettin the ends too. When i finished doing my hair in 20 min I didnt nkow what to do with myself. The room and my hair didnt smell like fire and my hair looks healthy. I really needed healthy because i have had back to back children and my hair has taken a toll. Buy this product it is wonderful.

I originally bought one of these at one of the stands in the middle of the mall (ridiciulously overpriced). I have naturally CURLY hair and I'm able to straighten my hair easily (without burning it) and you would never know my hair is curly. I then came on amazon (much cheaper) and bought 2 as gifts for my sisters...and they both love them.

After owning the Royale 1.5 before, I was wanting to purchase another one but didn't want to pay $150 for a new one as I had before at the Local Mall. My previous had drop onto my tile floor and broke, I was so sad because I LOVED it so much, how it left my curly~wavy hair looking Shiny,smooth and straight.
