I ordered the Prestige Pro Flat Iron and was very surprised to receive it SO quickly. Yellow Banana Sales was very prompt in shipping it out. I was very uneducated as to the best flat iron to purchase. After scouring through many reviews I decided to pick this one, mainly because of the tourmaline ceramic plates, the swivel cord and the infra red/ion technology. It was the only one I could find that had a LIFETIME warranty attached!!! My daughter owns a Baby Bliss flat iron which she loves and that is the one my stylist used on my hair this last visit. My hair looked amazing but I decided to go with the Prestige Pro based on the above mentioned. I was VERY nervous the first time I used it. The heat dial starts out at 110 degrees and goes up to 450 degrees. Unfortunately, those are the only two numbers listed and the dial shows the graduation of heat so I had to 'guess' where to start so I placed the dial right in the middle. It was definitely hot enough for me. I have waist length hair, and was able to do my whole head in a few minutes. I made sure to apply 100% pure Argon oil before I started to protect my hair from the heat.

I had SO many compliments that day. People did not recognize me from behind and I even had a few 'Cher' lookalike comments! I would wholeheartedly recommend this item without reservation. It is very sturdy and well made. It comes with a very nice travel pouch, as well. It looks much more expensive than the $44.98 Yellow Banana Sales charged, and there was no shipping charges. I am surprised that only one customer has written a positive review before this one!! Hope this helps. Blessings
