I absolutely love this product! It took me 6 months researching around to look for the best possible straightener. After i got bored, i typed in google, "best straightener of 2011" and this straightener was the first to come up. i read about it and what made me buy it was the fact that it had rays that were not damaging to the hair and that it was dual voltage, which i needed for overseas. it's goes up to 240voltage. and when i saw its price, i was like this is way too good to be true! and so i bought it! i had the chi before and i can tell you that i love this one way better! i used to be obsessed with the chi but now, i cant live without this one. i use it everywhere i go, inside and outside of the united states.

I bought this straightener thinking it was the same brand as the ones they sell in my local mall, but it wasnt : (. Herstyler is what I meant to buy, but this one is nice!! This one was more expensive because I wanted the lepoard print but I regret paying more for the extra detail. Great straighter but not the value that the other plain colored ones are. I do have pretty thick hair though. I'd reccomend this brand but don't pay more that $40 for one.

my hair is very thick, naturally curly, and very long. this heats up very quickly and i love that i can select the temperature depending on if it's for the first straightening or a touch up. it has a swivel cord that works well and the outside of the iron doesn't get hot except at the very opening end it is warm. it doesn't pull or crease my hair. i would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a good iron but not wanting to spend a hundred dollars or more. i was nervous about it being cheaper in price, but i'm not disappointed at all!

I love this product. for years I used a hot tools straightener, but it was a very small one and eventually my hair grew out. I ordered this one to replace it. It works great! It does not pull or bite my hair, and heats up very quickly. I love that you can change the heat settings, which I coulld not do with my previous straightener. I'd reccomend this straightener to everyone!! It's a good straightener and very fairly priced.
