I received my Cortex Flat Iron Duo Set Black on Thursday of this week as promised and I must say that it ain't nothing but the truth yall!! It usually takes 2 hours to flat iron my medium length hair (I am African American with a good grade of hair but hasn't had a relaxer since June and it looks like I just got one with this flat iron) and it only took 30 minutes to do it this time. My hair is soft and shiney and overall nice. I also have the Cortex Platinum Flat Iron, Black which I purchased from Amazon and it works just as good too since it is the same brand. I also have the Cortex Duo Set in the Giraffe Print which I purchased from TJMAXX for 34.99 (don't sleep on TJMAXX). Anyway I would recommend this product to anyone that doesn't want to spend a lot of money but wishes to have a 100% ceramic plate flat iron that does the job as good as a high dollar CHI (which I also own but now is collecting dust:-)).Save 85% Off
