This flat iron is very cute and works well. It makes my hair so silky i love it. It is very easy to get to the roots and you only have to go over it one time too. I saw this flatiron in the mall and was sold, but it was like 200 dollars ohhh no so got on amazon saw this seller and ordered as soon as possible. it was the exact same one but didn't have to pay a lot for it.!! I am a proud buyer!!!

One thing I wish was that I could figure out how to use it to make curls. I've tried and it gets frustrating but that's probably b/c I'm not doing it right or something.

While this flat iron works just fine (I have one that is just like it), it does pull the hair a little and my hair doesn't feel as "good" as it does when I use my Chi. It's not bad for the price. HOWEVER... the plates are ONLY 1" NOT 1.5" as described. I was specifically looking for a larger plate to flat iron quickly. I ordered two of these irons. The box says 1.5" but it is NOT. So if you are looking for a standard one inch flat iron, this one is fine... worth the $25 (not any more than $35). But beware that you are getting a 1" iron!
