I bought this zebra Straightener from this company and it broke 3 months later..I emailed them and they never responded so I emailed them again and basically told me they didn't care and it wasn't there problem to call someone else...I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN..it says warranty but its only a 14 day warranty, that's messed up If you ask me. I have to go buy a new straightener now. I bought one 3 years ago for myself and it still works but it was from a salon. This company can kiss my butt.

I love this flat iron. It works as well as my mom's expensive chi but I got it for a third of the price.

I also love the dual voltage...which means I can take it when i travel with out frying it.

I'm going to buy one just like it for my sister who recently borrowed mine and was raving about it.
