Horrible, horrible, horrible. I was looking for a new straightener and was trying out this brand i had never heard of. I researched and could not find any reviews on this and now i think i know why. It's terrible. The one thing that i was concerned about was if it would pull my hair out and just as soon as i did one stroke, my hair was pulled out. I was not at all happy. I do not recommend this brand to ANYONE!Save 30% Off
