I did alot of research before purchasing this product and also read other ppl's review on it. Its amazing that you never know what a good flat iron does to your hair till you have one...well this one is it. Straightens my hair quick and is easy to travel with, one setting for temp and the cord easily wraps around iron. A great purchase. One thing I would say is this one is for shorter hair...if you have longer hair get a bigger width

I ordered this item because it was advertised as being dual voltage. I am a soldier in Iraq and obviously that was what caught my eye. I received it and it was not dual voltage and it also did not get as hot as I would have preferred for what I paid.
