I don't normally spend this much money on any hair product or pair of shoes or anything of the sort. However there always comes a time when I finally get fed up with all the cheaper versions I buy malfunctioning some how and needing to be thrown away. I splurged to a forty dollar straightner by gold works from sally beauty supply and after only six months the cord developed some kind of short and had to be in one position to be on. Ridiculous. So I opted to spend more inorder to in the end save myself far more money. Thus far... six monthes in... I'm not having the problems I did with the forty dollar one. Furthermore I actually like the product. My hair doesn't feel dry and growse after I use it and does in fact feel soft. Definitely worth the money.
