It takes some getting used to but it seems to work okso far. I really liked the one that preceeded this one but they don't make it anymore. This one is a little on the bulky sideand it's often not worth it to try to rotate the attachments which will be very hot while in use. At least it does help detangle and straighten at the same time my super curly hair.I've been using this product for many years. It makes my long frizzy thick and wavy hair less frizzy than the salon. It takes a bit of getting used to at first, but it works great. I section off my hair use the dryer, then a round brush to make sure it's completely dry before I use a straightening iron lightly. Then I move on to the next section. I have to replace it after a few years of repeatedly dropping in on a hard floor and the pieces eventually break. I recommend this product highly.I love this dryer. It works like a dryer and straightener in one. So happy when I found it on here, months after my first one died.I absolutely love this hair dryer. I have medium course curly long hair and this is just what I need to make my hair shiny and straight with very little fly-a-ways. I do use a straightening iron after its dry to further straighten my hair. If I try to straighten my hair without using the bonus attachment my hair is all-over-crazy even with product in. I am purchasing an extra dryer so if mine ever dies I will still have this great gadget. Note: If you don't like the bonus attachment or have straight hair already this is still a great little blow dryer. It's small and compact but with plenty of drying power. The hairdryer was very heavy and everytime you changed to a different area of your hair you had to turn the attachment. I have used the Infiniti Hairdesigner BC173 that was perfect because it was not heavy and you didn't have to turn any attachments, that was the hairdryer I was looking for but it seems to be unavailable everytime I looked for it.
