The product was as advertised and delivered in the estimated time frame. The strange thing was it was packed in a beat up card board box with no markings and there were no instructions. It was as if they had found all the pieces at the factory and tossed it into a box.

***** if I get one like my old one. I have had this product for over 10 years and love it. Mine still works but I fear it Will die due to age. So I ordered another. May be just the one I received, but my old one is hands down better. How do I send this new one back? Extremely disappointed. I still want one that works. Love my old one.

I GOT THE BRUSH BUT THE CHARGER WAS NOT FROM THIS PRODUCT AND IT S SUCKS, BECAUSE I COULD NOT SEND BACK ONLY CHARGER IT COSTS ME MORE THAN TO BUY ONE IN THE LOCAL STORE,SO IT IS VERY ANOING AND MADE ME VERY UNHAPPY......

I bought 2 of these when they came out 15 to 20 years ago and I loved them. I had to order a small head as my hair is short but after that it worked great for me until they wore out. (You have to use a hair dryer with it to use this product.)

I have been looking for an all in one rotating hair dryer and I found Conair has one but once again the head is too large for short hair and this one is just too expensive to repace.

I guess I will have to do with out until they make one for short hair.

...After that long I had to get a new one. Was delighted to find the product online and it works as good as the first one. Can definitely tell the difference in how my hair handles if I don't blow dry it with the Revo. Have not used the attachment yet -not clear why it is necessary. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS -MY ONLY PROBLEM IS HOW DO I TRAVEL WITHOUT IT???
