I didn't buy this on Amazon, but I've had this a while now and I'm satisfied with it. I got it at a local drug store chain. It does wonders for me. I have wavy hair that's natural along with frizzy hair. I usually use it after I've washed my hair and it's fully dry naturally. If I straighten my hair at night I spend more time to get it straight only because I want it perfect. If I use it in the morning I can get it done in 10 minutes. My hair is currently passed my shoulder probably by one or two inches.

This thing heats up within a minute and keeps going strong. There isn't more than one setting, but that's fine with me. I didn't need to spend a lot for something so simple and worked. It does take a while to cool down, but you can turn it off and still use it.

Honestly, this is the best investment I've made for under $20.00. The more I use it, the more satisfied I am with it. As I keep saying, this is the best investment I've made. I don't have to go to the salon and pay more than $100.00 for something that lasts only a few months and hours on my rear. My hair is smooth after wards and straight! That's what matters! It pays for itself after a few months of use.

This is my second one like this. I like to use it to help straighten and curl my hair. It's the only one I've found that has the rubber tips to keep from touching a hot iron. I just wish the cord swiveled. The cord on my first one frayed from the curling motion.

I bought this last week and I love it. I was hesitant to purchase this one because I couldn't find more than three total reviews anywhere on the internet, but I gave it a shot. I was inspired to buy a flat iron after my latest haircut. I had never used one before. This is what I ended up getting. It is a good size, it is easy to use, and it was CHEAP! I like the cool tips so I can hold the "hot end" when necessary. It heats up fast maybe 2-3 minutes. I highly recommend it.
