I love this iron. It works great for short hair straightening or bending into any size curl. I love Hai irons. I have had 3 and use them in a salon setting. They hold up pretty well under much use in a salon so if this is for home use it probably will last forever.

I received this item timely, but it would not heat up. I had to return it and I am currently waiting for a refund. I couldn't say for sure if the this flat iron is good or not, but considering that it was delivered brand new and doesn't work, I would rate it as cheaply made.
