CHI Velocity Porcelain Cermic Flat Iron

I bought this flat iron because I heard amazing reviews about CHI products. This flat iron pulls my hair like crazy! I try to be really careful and it doesn't seem to work. I have to run it over several times in order for it to even straighten. I'M pulling my hair out trying to find a flat iron that doesn't pull my hair out...I have enough issues with it breaking on my own, I don't need help from my products...

This iron dries your hair good, but does not do a great job styling it. It also pulled my hair really badly. The seller was terrific and refunded my money. I would not have been able to continue to use it... I may try a regular CHI or I have heard that the CHI hair dyers are really good??

thought i was getting a great deal on this for my daughter at $30. it worked well and we both liked it at first but after less than 2 weeks a corner of the plate broke off with normal use. have had other flatirons for years and none have ever had the plates break. very disappointed.

it's not as good as the chi wet-to-dry iron that i had previously, but i like it enough to keep it. it is cheaper than the other one, so that is another plus.
