I used this product for ten years and it was a dream! Finally I had the straight soft hair I've always wanted! I went a year without doing it and when I did it again finally a few months ago, it left my hair in horrible shape! They changed the formula for the neutralizer, saying it was for everyone and IT IS NOT!!! I have dry horrible parts to my hair. They were not willing to do a thing when my stylist contacted the company. I hope someone comes up with a better alternative! Soon!
