I was a die-hard Chi lover until my stylist used this iron on my hair. I had to have it and now that I own it and use it, I love it even more. I've used about every latest greatest iron over the years and this is definitely the latest greatest now!!! The blades can get nice and close to the root because of it's size and I have past shoulder length hair. The smaller size is no problem for my longer thick hair. I highly recommend this iron. And for some reason, after I iron with this iron, I don't have to iron my hair again for days!
