Amika True Tattoo Ed Hardy Ceramic Styler (1.25")

At first i was kinda skeptical about getting flat irons cause i didn't think they would work so good i thought i wouldn't be too satisfied with it buuuuttt i was wrong i lovvve it! I had this flat iron for almost a year now, it makes my hair soooo silky and straight like i just came from the salon!

I am so glad that I bought this brand I was not too sure if I would like it. The Amika makes my hair shiny and soft I know you can make curls with the Amika also, but I have not had the time to try it. I also like the cool designs that you can get. I got the Ed Hardy design. I did read in another persons review that it pulled her hair,well I have had it pull a few of my hairs but its not anything that would make me give it a bad review it hardly ever happens and its probley something that I am doing that makes that happen.

I found out right before leaving for Europe that neither a simple outlet adapter nor a voltage converter were going to work for my Hai Elite Digistick flattening iron, so ordered this as it was the only high-end straightener I could find on short notice.

PROS:

Dual voltage = perfect for traveling overseas

Adjustable temperature control

Indicator light

CONS:

Snags hair

No temperature readout

Expensive

It got the job done during my trip, but I honestly would never recommend this straightener for anything else. It snagged/pulled my hair with every use, but not as horribly as a cheap drugstore brand I also tested out before leaving.
