I tried a royale straightener at the mall and it was awesome. So i went online and bought this one thinking it would be even better since i could do it with damp hair. Well let me tell you it doesn't work! In fact it made my hair even more frizzy. Not only that but it has these ridges on the so called ceramic blades that my hair got stuck in and would rip out my hair. The ceramic blades didn't feel or look like they did at the mall. They felt like a cheep knock off. This flat iron is not really that good when used with your hair wet. My hair is thick and it left it frizzy and not smooth at all. I'm going to stick with my CHI flat iron. If you use it on dry hair it's ok, just not as smooth and silky as with the CHI.i was checking prices for a new iron to my hair and everything was so expensive, after that i did check on amazon y guauuu, i found this iron then works really good; you hair looks shine, silky and beautiful
