Ordered this to replace my Chi wet-to-dry that my husband broke. Not of the same quality. The plastic housing is cheap, the cord is shorter, and the iron plates tugged my hair. My old, seemingly identical iron was much nicer. Such a disappointment. And this seller (payless beauty) has a 15% restocking fee which is not disclosed when ordering. I had to pay return shipping and this rip-off restocking fee. Beware!
