I received the flat iron in less time than indicated when I placed the order. I contacted the seller with a question and received a reply within a few hours. I'm traveling to Europe and needed a dual votage flat iron and this will solve the problem needing a converter as well as the adapter. The iron heats up very quickly and is easy to use. I like being able to set the temperature that I want to use. This is a great flat iron at a great price. I have a Croc that isn't dual voltage but has the same features and it cost me $100

I purchased this to take along on a trip to Europe and it blew up the second day! I was suspicious when I didn't notice a conversion switch on the product and no mention of these supposed capabilities in the instructions. Needless to say, the trip is over and I'm sending it back. Even if they don't give me my money back they can have the pleasure of throwing it in the trash!! Total rip off!!!

Very disappointed, purchased a New straightener......received a used straightener in the mail!

Works as though it had problems before mailing, looks as though someone tried to clean it up so it looked new. The box the straightener was in, falling apart. This was a Christmas gift!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the greatest iron I have ever had. Price is great too! I paid for another brand with similar features a lot more...It warms up very quickly and holds the temperature. Using this iron I need only half of the time to do my hair... Very happy!
