I was so disappointed with this product. My Mom bought this for me for Christmas. I have a wonderful straight iron but I wanted one that would make big curls at the bottom. This is not the product to buy for this. It either does not hold the hair good enough or if you hold the grips at the end to grip your hair better it is so tight you can barely slide it down your hair at all. I wish I would have never bought this and wasted my mom's money on this. I honestly cannot believe conair put out such a bad product. Not happy at all.Save 54% Off
