I have some pretty curly frizzy hair and had to stand in front of the mirror for hours! With other straightners. This is the best! Straightner I have ever owned. Too bad so expensive because I would buy 5 more just to keep with me.

I feel like they sent me a used iron! It didn't even come in a flat iron box! It came wrapped in bubble wrap in just a ole brown box! It apparently had already been open and they wrapped it up and threw it in a box! It's a good iron would have just preferred a new one like I paid for! Thanks!

Do not buy this from Amazon. I would retun if I had not opened the package! My iron buzzes, which is not normal. It does not heat like it should and it takes longer to flat iron my fine, semi straight, short hair then my 9 year old Chi. I have used this for two weeks so its not old. My sister and hair stylist both have this Babylis iron and there iron does not do any of these things. I want my money back so I can buy one from a seller who does not sell defective items.
