This was a gift for a friends daughter. The first one I ordered from another seller never came and the birthday passed. I was scared to try again but had no choice, as this particular Styler is exactly what she wanted. I almost passed it up due to price but I applied for the amazon card saved 30 dollars and received my package as promised and within only a couple of days. The product was exactly as explained and there was no damage. We are all happy with this purchase.

This flat iron turned brown after about 1 month. Customer service doesn't answer phones or e-mails and doesn't return calls.

Terrible customer service they obviously don't stand behind their product.DON"T BUY!

I actually bought this at TJMaxx because my CHI (which lasted me 5 years) wasn't working anymore. I paid $35 for it and feel like it was a waste of money even then. It didn't last a year and pulled my hair non-stop. I have very fine hair and for some reason it didn't work well at all. I never had this trouble with the CHI. I'm going to order the HSI ceramic tourmaline today. I hope it's a better quality iron than the Ed Hardy I just threw away!
