I have straight, relatively thin hair, shoulder length. I've used round brushes many times before, and never ever had any problem with them.I washed my hair, untangled it with my regular brush and then tried to dry it with this one.
I used it to dry my hair, the way I've always used round brushes, and it immediately got extremely tangled in my hair. So tangled that I spent 10 minutes trying to get it out, literally having to pull my hair out... and ending up by cutting some of it because there was simply no other way to free my hair.
Again, I've used round brushes for years, I doubt the problem is on my end.
I'll have to throw it away... I'm afraid to ever put in near my hair again.

I tried buying brushes online but I realize that it is not a good idea. All the brushes that i bought even the ones for sensitive scalp were very very hard and my extremely fine very curly hair would probably get pulled out by these kinds of brushes. I don't recommend buying brushes online. You should feel the bristles to see if they will work for you and if the handle is easy for you to handle. I bought this brush on the advice of a beauty "must Have" item book. Very disappointed. I am used to using a round brush but this one is absolutely terrrible about tangling.
