I've had this straightener for a while now but haven't used it in a long time because I bought an Infiniti by Conair. with the conair, it took me 15 minutes to straighten my hair. Now, last month, the conair broke and today I tried this one again. It took me 30 minutes to straighten my hair and it isn't even really straight and still frizzy and puffy. Obviously this is not a top of the line straightener but I would recommend the Infinity products from Conair. If you need a cheap straightener, keep looking because I'm sure there are better cheap straighteners
