did not receive what was promised on the paackage, said it had an adapter for European current, which is why it was bought, received it and found out the adapter was not included, was very disappointed with it.
This item did not work in Italy. I tried it first with just a plug adaptor (which is all it should need), then for good measure, with an adaptor and convertor. It simply doesn't heat up at all. Of course, I opened the package (to save room in my suitcase) and now I can't return it. I also spend 14 days of my vacation looking horrible because I relied on this item to work.

I bought this product recently for a trip abroad with my girlfriend. This product worked prior to leaving the USA and again in the UK, France and Turkey. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more ACUPWR goods!
