I really love this flat iron. The only thing I dont like is I only used it twice on a small portion of my hair and its starting to brown. Also, when getting this flat iron its not the color that the picture has, its baby pink. I really think the advertised picture should change. other than that I love it. It makes my hair shiny, silky and straight.

I was so excited to try this flat iron because of the reviews that I read, but I'm really not too impressed. It's not that bad...I mean, it does it's job. My hair is straight when I'm done, but not before it gets caught between the plates and before I run it over my hair 3-4 times. My hair is naturally curly so I need a strong straightener to do the jobthis particular one takes just as long as the $15 ones I've bought from Wal-Mart. Not that it's that big of a deal, but I thought it was going to be neon pink like the picture, but it's pepto-bismol pink. I would have ordered another color had I known that! In all, it's alright, but not worth the price in my opinion. There is NO WAY the MSRP is $220 like the box says. No way.

Great flat iron however, I did expect a hot pink one. It's pepto bismol pink and not cute. But, it does the job...and for the money it does just as well as my Chi did.
