Keratin Complex Stealth III Flat Iron

I absolutely love this flat iron, and I'm amazed how wonderful it is. I haven't spent this much on a flat iron before, I have two that originally cost more than this one but got it on sale, neither over 90.00 without sales tax. I would recommend this flat iron to everyone. I don't have thick curly hair, barely wavy but it works amazingly anyways!

First problem was the on/off button would not work. To get the flat iron to turn on, I had to dig my mail down in the side of the button while pushing with all of my night. Heat power was lackluster and not as good as my Coppola Keratin Complex flat iron I own. So I decided to send this back.

Shampoo4less told me to send back in original packaging and unused, which I did, via UPS and required signature. So a week passes, no word from Shampoo4less.

I contact them and let them

Know I KNOW it had been delivered and who signed for it. They said they just had not received confirmation from their warehouse yet. Another week goes by and I get the same story.

Tired of dealing with it, I contacted Amazon. Il they contact Shampoo4less, who claims they never received the return.

So I sent Amazon the PROOF, and amazon had my money refunded. Naturally I didn't get back the 13.00 to return it.

I would never, ever do business with Shampoo4less.
