Panasonic KURUKURU Hair Dryer EH-KA25-A Blue | AC100V 50/60Hz (Japan Model)

Panasonic KURUKURU Hair Dryer EH-KA25-A Blue | AC100V 50/60HzExcellent product and service. I live in Northeast U.S. and totally didn't expect to receive the hair dryer a week after purchase from Japan. The product is as satisfying as many users already described. Although not being able to use the "Dry" mode due to the extremely high temperature probably because of the higher voltage in U.S., both the "Set" and "Cool" mode perform excellently and totally sufficient.

This has to be the best most quiet hair dryer ever! I have short hair, and it normally take about 15 minutes to dry my hair. This dryer dried my hair in 5 minutes and my hair was silky and felt incredible. Would recommend.

ghd MK4 Professional Mini Styler Advanced Ceramic Heat-Styler, 5/8 Inch Inch

ghd MK4 Professional Mini Styler Advanced Ceramic Heat-Styler, 5/8 Inch InchI have extremely tight short Caribbean curls, plus my hair has a tendency to be very dry and course so I bought the GHD Mini in hopes that it would straighten my hair and be able to stay straight against the South Florida humidity.I have to say it exceeded my expectations. My hair looked smooth and healthy and kept a natural straight appearance ,not a weird ram rod straight burnt ironed look, throughout the whole day. Granted its pricey but its definitely a good investment for anyone who has short wild untamable hair, its a god send.

Since this was going to be my first flat iron, I chose to go by industry standards. I'm very pleased with the ghd Professional Mini Styler Advanced Heat Styler. It's easy to use and with the use of thermal protection products the iron will glide through your hair and leave it with a wonderful shine.

Crack Styling Leave-In Treatment with UV and Thermal Protection, 2.5 Fluid Ounce

Crack Styling Leave-In Treatment with UV and Thermal Protection, 2.5 Fluid OunceThis product definitely holds up to it's name! It is addictive. My favorite thing about Crack is that it is not sticky at all. It has the texture of a thicker body lotion crossed with a conditioner. It is not runny; it holds it's shape when it comes out of the tube. When you rub it between your fingers, it breaks down into the consistency of a conditioner. It is so non sticky that you can put some on your skin and rub it in and there is no residue left behind. I appreciate that I don't have to take time out of my morning routine to wash my hands after I put the Crack product in my hair. If I shower before bed, I can also put the Crack in my hair and not worry about getting my pillow messy. The next morning I wake up to soft, shiny hair!

Crack smells wonderful! It has a fruity smell that leaves my hair smelling fresh. I also noticed that when I use Crack, my hair doesn't absorb as many smells from the environment, like cigarette smoke. The smell lasts throughout the day.

Finally... The UV protection. The UV protection was the main reason why I bought Crack. I live in Arizona, and the sun does a number on my hair. I enjoy being outside, but forget having a nice die job; the sun will turn it orange in a few days. Crack has helped tremendously in protecting my hair from the sun. Originally, I was just going to use it on days when I was going to be out in the sun a lot. Now it has become my everyday hair product, so I don't even have to think about UV protection!

I am giving Crack 5 Stars. I cannot think of anything negative to say about it. Just a little bit (less than 1/2 a dime size) does the trick, so one tube last me a long time. It is very reasonably priced as well. I am telling everyone about Crack!

This is absolutely the best hair product I have ever used. I have tried many many products to tame my curly/frizzy hair. My new routine is Davines Love Smooth shampoo and conditioner paired with Crack. I received Crack as a free sample with a new hair dryer. I was committed to Davines straightner at the time and didn't really want to try another product I would be disappointed in. However, a tiny little bit of this stuff works magic on my hair. I don't even need a polisher or hair spray after using it. Just a little bit (even when I have slept on my hair) and the hair dryer straightens my hair beautifully.\

One warning -don't use too much it will make your hair greay.

I love it. I have kinky, fine shoulder length hair when straightened and I use a little bit of this with my leave in conditioner. When I say little, I mean pea sized amount or less. I swear by it and so do my friends. It does exactly what it says on the bottle. Just make sure you use only a small amount.

I have tried everything for my wavy/curly frizzy hair. I've used a combination of leave in conditioners, mousse, gel and other anti frizz treatments, but nothing really worked as great as Crack. I apply it after I wash my hair and style it (either straighten it or blow dry it with a diffuser) or I just simply apply it and separate my hair into sections, twist them and let them dry, which is what I prefer to do if I have the time. I like that my hair looks healthier, the ends are not as dry as they have been in the past, and it keeps the frizz down even during our Florida summers. I do find it necessary to apply more than the recommended small amount, but this doesn't weigh it down or makes it look greasy, I do find that I have to wash my hair a day sooner than I would usually, but it isn't a big deal...I guess that depends on your hair and how dry or oily it is.

My stylist gave me a sample of this last week. I used it for the first time today. I love it. My hair is fine and became damaged from recent colorings. This did the trick. I always blow dry my hair. My hair looks less damaged and for the first time looks fuller and holds a curl.

And this really is the best smoothing/straitening cream out there. I have tried nearly everything to try and tame my frizzy, wavy hair. Most products leave your hair feeling heavy and slighly oily as they have a silicone in them. This product has a nice, light texture and you don't need much of it. I have medium to long hair and I use about the size of a dime. My hair will still go a little wavy and frizzy on rainy or days with high humidity, but I haven't used a product that this didn't happen with.

I have medium length blond hair that recently had the keratin straightening treatment. This is the product I use right before blowing it dry. It works better than the serum given at salon bc this doesn't leave my hair greasy or weighted down. Great for curly or straight hair to smooth follicles.

I thought this price was crazy high so I went over to Aveda's website. And guess what? I paid $23 with free shipping for the same size plus I got two free samples. This is a scam. Don't buy for this price!

HAIRWARE Clamp Stand Mannequin Holder (Model: BB0091)

HAIRWARE Clamp Stand Mannequin HolderI purchased this clamp to hold a wooden hat block while draping felted hats. It's much sturdier than I expected, especially considering the low price. Once it's clamped into place, it doesn't slide or move around. The peg is thinner than the hat block hole, but I just wrapped some neoprene around it and now it fits perfectly. The peg also rotates which I really like to. I'm glad I bought this one.

T3 Micro Fahrenheit 450 Flat Iron, 1 inch

T3 Micro Fahrenheit 450 Flat Iron, 1 inchI bought this to replace one I broke when it got stuck on a drawer. My wife wouldn't have anything else because it works so much faster than cheap brands. Just bought another for the nanny as well.

My first T3 flat iron unfortunately got fried while I was in Europe, apparently I didn't have the proper adapter. Before that it had lasted me about 3 years and there was nothing wrong. My new one is the same and works just as great. I also have the ion dryer and I love that too!

I cannot believe that they are advertising T3 as dual voltage. I purchased this item from Amazon. When I received it did not have the normal plug needed for a dual voltage item. It had the polarized side (or one side is larger than the other) instead of both being the same size. I immediately pulled out the user manual and it clearly states 120V 26A on the back. When I looked at the website under troubleshooting it clearly states that their products are NOT dual voltage. I only purchased this item so I could use for my extended stays in China. I now have a RMA # to return the item, but I'm sure I will get stuck for the shipping all because of the false advertising.

FHI Heat Techique G2 Professional Ceramic Tourmaline Styling Iron

FHI Heat Techique G2 Professional Ceramic Tourmaline Styling IronI've wanted to get a hair straightener for some time, but was reluctant to spend a lot of money. I had my hair cut recently and the stylist was using this FHI straightener. She highly recommended it.

I opted for the cheaper item by hot tools. It was worthless. I returned it two days later for this model. I am so happy I did it! It looks like I just left the salon. It takes me less than ten minutes to do my hair, and it makes it look so smooth and shiny. Don't even waste your time and money this is the one you should get.

I just purchased this iron after growing out my hair for the last six months. My hair is thick and quite coarse and it still works great. Having tried several less expensive flat irons, I was unprepared the great job that this iron would do. It's great! I suggest that everyone who wants a great flat iron, get this one. It makes your hair look like you just left the salon!!

This was my first time investing in more expensive flat irons. I used to use the Golden Hot line, but the irons (they were ceramic "plated")were no match for these. I did some research and read tons of reviews (from various web sites), and I must say that this product lives up to the hype. I was satisfied with how the transaction was handled as well. I received the product in a very timely fashion and it was worth every penny. I will be ordering from this vendor again. I would like to order another FHI iron, but a larger model.

I just received this product two weeks ago, and have used it 3 times. It is well worth the price for a high quality product. I never bought a high-end flat iron before because I never knew the benefits. The products I used were good, but not as good as the quality I get from salons.

After a lot of research (I mean a lot), I was sold on the FHI flat iron. I went directly to the company website and read all the info, watched the product videos and even went to sites that only discussed beauty products. I know that seemed like a bit of overkill but I wasn't keen on forking over 100+ for a flat iron unless I was 100+ sold on the item.

After settling on the FHI model I went to a few sites to see if it was cheaper, I found an older model on Amazon, actually One Stop Shop, an Amazon seller, and was surprised by the price but wanted to get it even thought it wasn't the latest FHI model I saw on the company site.

I was so excited the first day I got it, I literally washed my hair right after work and commenced to full-out styling just to see how it held up. Well, I was extremely impressed. I like that it heats up quickly. The temperature setting is fixed to 410 degrees, which is more than enough for my hair. The latest models have temperature settings and go for about 100 dollars. I will tell you that I will purchase that one later since I am still floating on the FHI model I have now.

I did read mixed reviews on this product, some women (and men) floating over it and others writing disaster stories, like one I read saying the ceramic plates came out. So far so good with my product. But I will tell you, if you are a person that wants that 'out of the salon' feel you'll get it, if you take time to properly groom your hair and do the whole wash, deep condition, blow dry, straighten thing. Yes, the product is top of the line, but you have to use it like you know what your doing. I'm not a hair stylist but I have been doing my hair all my life, I go to the salon when I need a trim, or perm but it is far in-between since I don't like to drop close to 60 bucks every two weeks (I'm not frugal, but I'm busy with other bills you know).

I'm just warning the folks who are not familiar with styling their hair successfully, this product is definitely for a professional that can get to every inch of your hair. If you are using this on yourself (which I'm sure you are) be careful with the heat, on your hair and near your scalp, and try not to run the flat iron over the same section of hair since the heat is intense. I have very thick and coarse African American hair which I perm every 6-months, however a serious blow-dry and straightening makes my hair look so damn good I want that effect to take place everytime I style it. This product does it, I get a definite shine and it has major body and bounce. And it's very noticable from my economy brand flat iron that I used before (which I thought did an awesome job then, but I was seriously wrong after using this).

If you use this product wisely, and take care of your hair, you'll see a difference, and will not spend so much time in the salon.

I bought this flat iron in a retail store, for a lot more than amazon's selling price. It's not a BAD flat iron.. but I had heard so much hype about the brand, I guess maybe I just got my hopes up too high. My hair is not really that long, just to my shoulders.. it is very thick though, and frizzy/curly. It takes me forever to straighten my hair. I've been using a remington that was much, much cheaper, and I had just hoped that this one would make flat ironing take less time. It took just as much time, and was just as difficult to use (and I'm no happier with the result than I was with the result from the cheaper one that I've been using). It just isn't worth the money, in my opinion. There isn't anything really wrong with it, but there isn't anything special about it either. I am going to return it.

In case anyone is curious -it has a regular plug (not one of those giant wall thingies), and is 120V only (not dual voltage). There's just an on/off switch, no temperature control (410F is all you get).
