This is a GREAT product but the sellers, Beauty Signature Group LLC. are rude, used foul language and hung up on me! I contacted Amazon and was strongly urged to leave feedback. Amazon provided me a refund. If you are willing to risk ordering from a company who will not stand behind the very products they offer AND are willing to put up with their aforementioned customer service, then by all means buy from them. Otherwise, ignore them and shop elsewhere!

This product lasted me only 6 months. To get it repaired I had to pay $40 dollars to Farouk Services. It took them 5 weeks. They sent me back a cheaper, NON CERAMIC hot iron! DO NOT BUY CHI!
