Several months ago, I purchased this iron for myself and LOVED it, so I decided to get my mother one for Christmas.

It's a little weird to get used to the "clipless" iron after using the old style for so long, but once I did, I wouldn't go back to the clip version.

Results I have noticed: my curls aren't frizzy when using this product, and it's easy to make waves or tighter curls.

I really enjoy this product. The iron doesn't create that "burnt hair" smell you sometimes get with regular curling irons. There's no frizz, and hair looks full and flirty. I have naturally curly hair, but this iron adds a smoothness and more polished look. Great product.

For starters I ordered "this" product 25mm and the company and seller Amazon included sent the 25mm BOX and packaging. However they sent me a 19mm in the box. My husband checked the product number online and it's 19mm and I was charged for a 25mm. It seemed rather small. The seller is blaming Amazon and Amazon is blaming the seller. Like some sort of good cop bad cop game. Long story short if you plan on ordering this 25mm I mean 19mm is what you will get. They try to trick you by sending it in the 25mm box, labels, and packaging. I wonder how many other buyers actually have ordered the 25mm and do not realize they actually have 19mm courtesy of "just gorgeous" should be called "just liars". Order if you have a mm measuring device and want to wait 2weeks to play their reordering refund game. Doesn't sound fun ladies!!

I absolutely love this tool. I have naturally curly hair but it's very long and therefor doesn't hold curl well, until this tool. I swear it will curl ANY type of hair. I have roommates with very straight, thin hair and since I've had this, I'm the household beautician. I have to curl their hair before every time we go out. It can do very tight ringlets or loose curls. It takes some maneuvering but once you get it down, it's really easy to use. Good stuff.
