I have long, fine, natural blonde hair with a stubborn wave that poofs out in humidity. I use this to tame frizz and poofiness and it works. It isn't perfect, but it is better than spending 500 dollars. 2 Step application couldn't be easier, but the smell is horrendous. However, this did not work for my daughter who had color treated her hair. I had even bought the color safe formula, but she did not have good results.
