I got this flat iron because my stylist recommended a Centrix...this is nothing like hers.First the seller didn't notify me that it was back ordered and it took 4wks to get it. It does heat up fairly quick but it pulls hair frequently and leaves the flat iron marks in my hair because it doesn't glide easily. I am disappointed for what I paid for it...I could've gotten a better one at my local drug store.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas last year & she uses it everyday. She loves it & would not trade it for anything. It works better than any other straightener she has had in the past.
