my husband bought this for me and just gave it to me a few weeks ago for my birthday,it doesn't work very well at all and it seems like the plates dont get tight enough to straighten well , its really loose I am not going to have to look for a new one, I wish I could return it , but he held it from me for over 2 months....im very disappointed in this straightner, i think i got a faulty one, cause reading the reviews it seems to sound good:(Save 70% Off
