The plug on my daughter's very dependable CHI was accidentally damaged and had to be thrown away. I bought this one for her as a replacement for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! It's just as good & dependable as her previous black CHI flat iron and it's also very fashionable with the sparkly silver exterior. The rhinestone CHI letters on the side is a nice touch, also.
