This is a fine product, and I like the numerous heat settings. After it arrived I discovered that I would have preferred a 3/4 size but that was not available from this source.
Heats up quickly, and straightens faster and easier than any other flat iron I've owned.
This product was my worst shop ever. It made my hair really dry and I want to know how to do to sue this company. My hair is looking really bad. DON'T BUY IT. If you know how I can do to sue this company, please help me.
I have been using this hair dryer for about 9 months, in winter on a daily basis and summertime almost daily. It is compact, light, fast, and fairly quiet. It also seems to be less damaging than the other dryers I have tried. My only issue is the buttons are at an awkward angle, and even after nine months (and 15 years of regular hairdryer use) I am still hitting the temperature button accidentally. I read that this was a problem on different websites before I bought it and unfortunately ignored the reviews. Another word of warning for those of you with straight, thin hair, as I have...this hair dryer will not add any volume! On the contrary, it tends to flatten my hair more than it is, naturally. I think it would be better suited to those with naturally thick and wavy/curly hair that like to blowdry it straight...it leaves a smooth and shiny finish.

this hairdryer was a gift for my daughter, who is a hair dresser. this is her second babybliss pro tt. the reason she likes it so much is because of how lightweight it is as well as the heat. her first lasted 4 years, which is not bad for a hairdryer that is used all day , everyday. the price i paid for this one was considerably less than what she paid for her first at a hair show.Want BabylissPro BABTM5585 Discount?
This was my first time buying anything but a $20 hair dryer and it was a success. I have shoulder length, fine hair and was looking for something that would make it easier to style without frying it. The BabyBliss really is a step up it does not get as hot yet dries my hair faster without frizz. It was so smooth after I used this that I keep touching it all day amazed that this was actually "my" hair done by me not the day I go to the hairdresser. As others mentioned two very minor issues one is that the buttons took a couple minutes to get used to and second that you have to both push and twist the barrel attachment a bit to get it to stay on but it's not that difficult.
Ordered this blow dryer directly from Amazon because it was supposed to come with a free hot air brush. I received the dryer, but still no signs of the hot air brush. Will try to get it from Amazon, but since the blow drier came in a different box than the one in the picture my guess is that it's no longer in stock and they sent it to me instead of loosing the order completely. Other than that the blow dryer is awesome and it makes my hair feel silky.

Had the same thing happen Ordered Item w/free brush TWICE from Amazon but only dryer came and with different train case. Noone could figure it out. Returned it both times and finally bought it from another online retailer WITH the FREE Hot air brush for the same price as amazon. Must say though, the Customer Service Dept at Amazon was helpful and really tried. Hair dryer is fantastic and very very light. This dryer is the first professional one I've ever purchased. I was hesitant to spent more than $80 on a dryer, but it was worth it. It dries my fine, wavy/curly hair quickly and makes it shiny and soft with little to no fly-aways. My only complaint is that I can't use the hot air on high without blowing a fuse, but I blame that on the old wiring in my house and not the dryer. The cold shot function is cold, and when I use a diffuser on curly days, the heat really helps my hair curl. I would definitely buy this again. My stylist also spoke highly of BaByliss and said she borrowed one and loved it. I wouldn't say it's changed my life, but it's a great dryer that gets the job done.

I had a friend visit me with a babyliss flat iron she bought at Amazon and I was amazed at how shiney her hair looked when she used it to straightener her hair 3 years later I bought my own. I love it. Glides against the hair and doesn't snag. Makes it very shiney and I also use it to curl my hair. I love the metal they use for the plates it's genuis better than the chi hands down.
I have used Hawaiian Silky products before and did not like them for the smell or how oily it made the hair. This stuff does not have that issue at all! Gets thirsty curls quenched quick, smells fabulous, dries soft and non greasy. You can use it repeatedly without having to wash hair. I use it on my babies biracial hair. Gives great curl definition.
I Previously Used The Croc Straightening Iron And Honestly Will Probably Purchase Another One Of Those When It Comes Time To Replace ThIs One. THeemperature And Quickness Of Straightening Surpass This Model In My Opinion
